Refund policy
We do not accept change of mind refund requests. Once an order is placed you are committed to that purchase. We strive to give you as much information as possible about the item you are purchasing.
Crystals come with natural lines and ‘flaws’ they are from the earth so they are never going to be perfect so please take notice of pictures and descriptions while choosing.
If an item arrives damaged please contact us immediately via our contact us form or via our Facebook page. You have 48 hours from delivery to inspect your items before this is void. In the case of a breakage the packaging needs to be kept for proof for australia post before we are able to process a claim. Once confirmed we process your refund.
